Modern Living in Manhattan Beach: Step Into Steve Lazar’s Home

Manhattan beach, California is where where Steve Lazar from Lazar Design/Build built a house for his family. The beach environment sets an ideal scene for this modern home that welcomes guests with a great array of Mangaris wood steps accompanied by a small river flowing over riverbed stones. In fact, the full house, which stands 3 floors tall, is embellished on the outside with stained and polished Mangaris wood.

A calming beach feeling fills the rooms like the coastal breeze that lightly caresses the entire rooms after passing by the massive windows and sliding glass doors. The shoreline view has a spectacular effect from contained in the contemporary adorned living spaces.

Using brown to intensify the cozy feeling of home, the designer fluidly reconstructed an open space using modern furniture and accents of blue and green. The character helps recreate the effect of sweet dreams with every sunset.

White seating areas inside the house balance the white walls for an amazing visual effect. The rest room and kitchen mosaic tiles lay the canvas for the fashionable furniture with stainless-steel accents.

A living area at the first floor opens into an internal patio – a small luxurious retreat for evenings jam-packed with fresh Californian air.

Just about all the windows are framed with an intense shade of brown to intensify sunlight and make a connection to the outdoors wood finishes.

An excellent home on an ideal beach says more concerning the inhabitants than the rest: those that love nature and its beauty inspire others to recreate incredible interiors of their own homes.
