Designed in 1953 by A. James Speyer and David Haid, the house is reportedly now recognized as “architecturally significant.” That architectural recognition paired with the home’s iconic feature in the Ferris Bueller’s Day Off movie has the home set on the real estate market for the reduced asking price of $1,650,000.
