Now it looks like Mr. Muniz is ready to take a break from Los Angeles real estate. According to the Los Angeles Times, the 25-year-old actor has listed his 4,200-sq ft, Hollywood Hills home with a new, reduced asking price of $3,195,000.

Frankie Muniz’s home was completely remodeled and now features an open-floor plan with custom cabinetry and a variety of high-end finishes including marble, granite, tile, hardwood floors, and CaesarStone countertops. Originally built in 1941, the 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house has a professionally equipped kitchen, formal dining room, living room, and family room. The master suite is on the second floor of the 2-story home and includes high ceilings, a sitting area, fireplace, his-and-her closets, and a large master bath.

Also included on the .17-acre lot is an ultra-private backyard with a swimming pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, and viewing deck that offers expansive views of the city.

Public records show Muniz purchased the home in 2006 for $3,499,034 when he was just 21 years old. Four years later, the home hit the market at the end of October 2010 with a listing price of $3,295,000. A few months later, Muniz took $100,000 off, lowering the price to the current price. Price cuts are unfortunately common in the world of Hollywood Hills real estate, and not just for celebrities. According to Zillow Real Estate Market Reports, 30 percent of listings on Zillow in Hollywood Hills have had a price cut within the last 30 days. This is up 2 percent since January 2010.
