After living in the home for more than 18 years, she’s told CNBC that it’s “just too big for one person.”

The 5-acre property, known to family as The Manor, was first listed by Spelling in March 2009. The largest home in Los Angeles stayed on the market for more than a year but didn’t sell. In September, The Manor re-entered the market with the same $150 million price tag.

The  estate, which topped Forbes list of the most expensive homes in 2010, has 14 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, bowling alley, wine cellar, a library, gift-wrapping room, flower-cutting room, gym and media room among it’s whopping 123 rooms. Outside there is a swimming pool with pool house, tennis court, a koi pond, gardens, a citrus orchard, garage parking for up to 100 and 16 carports for the overflow.
